If you google us you will find that we have a great urban garden here at Sanger House which you will have access to if you stay with us. We also have a second space for long-term stay available here. we have been doing short and long term rentals for about 10 years and are a Super Host on one of
the short term spots. We enjoy renting out our spaces. Let me tell you about this space which we have listed. Our home is 100 + years old and we have created a really special private space in our home called the "parlor suite". It is on the first floor, with a separate private entrance, its about 700 square feet and everything is private.
You have a large private bathroom with large shower, separate kitchen and bedroom and living room areas. Heating and air-conditioning is also separate. You have access to WIFI and high speed internet, large 55 inch tv. The unit is fully furnished and we have off-street parking if you need it.
