Subletting room in Bennington Hills (West Henrietta) for Rent

We'll have two vacancies starting from January and if you need an entire room for yourself(and bathroom), the rent would be $486 per month + utilities. If you don't mind sharing the room with somebody else, then you'd only have to payhalf the rent ($243+utilities). The building also has its own laundry unit. The lease for this apartment ends in July If you're an RIT student, then RIT inn is a 12 minute walk away from the apartment where you can find a commute to RIT every half an hour. There are also a lot of graduate students living nearby with cars and offer rides to campus so there's almost always a ride if you need one.
